Guests have complimentary access to the newly renovated (2020) Terrace amenity center located a few steps away, with a new resort-style pool, hot tub, kids pool, locker rooms, sauna, communal kitchen and upgraded BBQ facilities.
The condo offers a shady outdoor seating area and wet bar that connects to the living room through large sliding glass doors. The spacious living room - newly furnished in 2023 - offers an entertainment center, a dining area and a comfortable sofa sleeper couch and love seat. Guests will love cooking family meals in the upgraded kitchen, which has beautiful granite countertops and all new appliances.
