This house easily accommodates 8 people in the four-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Each bedroom comes with comfortable luxury 14’ memory foam mattresses and plenty of closest space for storage so you can feel at home. For comfort and luxury, we also provide bathrobes and spa slippers.

Ample seating in the sun or the shade with lounge chairs for sunbathing and outdoor couches to relax under the shade. Plenty of natural grass for the kids to play. Play soccer or choose from the assortment of toys and games. Enjoy grilling on our BBQ and cooking outside in our new summer kitchen. Set the outside dining table and enjoy eating outside and lighting the firepit when the sun starts to set. This backyard has everything you need to stay entertained for hours. Once you’re ready for a change of scenery just take a quick bike ride or drive down to the ocean for a refreshing dip and enjoy a little beach time on the sand

5. The maximum number of guests is limited by city - 8 adults + 4 children up to age

7. The house is equipped with exterior cameras for the security / safety of the property and guests.

10. The rate includes electricity for regular usage $300/month (no electric cars, RV, or scooters without approval) and extra will be charge $0,15 per kilowatt
11. The pool heater set to 85 in automatic mode and It depends on what temperature outside (guests can always inform us about their preferences so that we can adjust the pool temperature prior to their arrival)
12. The rate includes a pool service twice per week - Tuesday and Friday
13. The rate includes landscaping twice per month - Monday
14. Guests who stay over 10 days we require professional cleaning during their stay (we provide contact information of companies)
15. The departure cleaning fee include in reservation and additional $45 grill fee for cleaning only if guests use.
16. As additional we ask to sign vacation rental and pool waiver (It’s requirement from insurance company)
