A charming 70-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a renovated historic building with an elevator (NOT suitable for people with disabilities). The property is located in the charming and central Venice Nuova neighborhood (ZTL) and boasts a beautiful view of the canals. The Fortezza Nuova is only 230 meters away.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM with a double bed and a wardrobe;

PLEASE NOTE:
- There is an internal staircase in the bedroom leading to the loft where the water heater is located;

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.
