The home is outfitted with an automated smart thermostat system to keep you perfectly comfortable no matter the season, and features 3 cozy fireplaces (with one conveniently located on each level of the home) as well as expansive gathering spaces both indoors and out. Grab a fresh cup from the dedicated coffee station, step out onto one of the many sun-drenched patios, and breathe in the crisp mountain air. It is incredibly common to share your morning with local wildlife—deer, elk, foxes, and wild turkeys frequently wander through the property (along with the neighbor’s friendly dog, Rocky!).

During the winter months, a 4-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle, or a Front-Wheel Drive (FWD) or All-Wheel Drive (AWD) vehicle equipped with tire chains, is absolutely necessary to safely navigate the roads and access the home.
