Brian L. Willis

Brian L. Willis, president of BLW Homes, Inc., dedicated 13 years to the DeKalb County Fire Department. Brian began his building career in 1996 in th Gwinnett County (North Atlanta) area and founded his custom home building company on the idea of "Quality Work at a Quality Price."

Jim Pritchard

Jim Pritchard, a civil engineer by training, has a 30 year background in construction and industrial equipment manufacturing while working with Alabama Cast Iron Pipe, Chicago Bridge and Iron, and owner of his own company, Reduction Technology. Since 2000, Jim has built high end residential projects in the Panama City Beach area (La Valencia) including a beach front condominium and a single family attached style unit in conjunction with the third JMB of Florida, LLC partner, Mike Heard.

Mike Heard

Mike Heard has been a property owner in the FL panhandle area since 1994 and is a resident of Santa Rosa Bach, FL. He was involved in heavy construction equipment and assisted in the design and implementation of capital projects within the forest industry (17 years), financial services, and property development. Mike has been a partner with Jim Pritchard in high end residential and condo projects in Panama City as well as ongoing property development projects in the Walton County and Bay County, FL area.
